Ballpark stores your streak and daily answers in your browser's local storage. There are no accounts.
When you finish a day's puzzle, the page sends our server your five scores, your current streak length and the number of days since you first played. We use this to show how your score compares with other players' and to count how many players come back. Nothing that identifies you is sent or stored with it: no name, email, cookie, device identifier or IP address.
If you turn on daily reminders, your browser gives us a push address (an anonymous URL at Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft) and we store it with the hour of day to send at. It is not linked to your scores, the notification carries no personal content, and it is deleted when you turn reminders off.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not track you across other sites.
